Content Provider Agreement

1. Eligibility and verification

You must be at least 18 years old. Before publishing any content, you must complete our mandatory identity and age verification process and submit a valid government-issued photo ID and a selfie holding that ID. This applies to all Creators, whether your content is adult (NSFW) or standard (SFW). No account goes live without completed verification, and we may request updated verification at any time.

2. Your content and rights

You represent and warrant that, for all content you upload, you hold all necessary rights, licences, and consents, and that:

• you own or are fully authorised to sell and distribute the content;
• every person depicted is aged 18 or over and has given informed, written consent to participation and publication, and you retain documentary proof of this;
• the content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; and
• the content complies with our Content Moderation standards and all applicable laws.

3. Licence to Glow-tip

You retain ownership of your content. You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, market, and deliver your content to buyers through the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when your content is removed, except to the extent we must retain copies to comply with legal obligations or to defend disputes.

4. Prohibited content

You must never upload content that is illegal, non-consensual, involves minors, depicts trafficking or exploitation, constitutes hate speech, or otherwise breaches our Terms and Conditions. Such content results in immediate removal, permanent termination, and referral to law enforcement. Our zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM and non-consensual content allows no exceptions and no appeals.

5. Pricing, earnings, and payouts

You set the prices for your products within the options provided by the platform. The Operator processes payments through third-party payment providers and records each transaction. Payouts are made to you according to the schedule and method agreed in your account. Where we reasonably suspect fraud, a chargeback, or a breach of this Agreement, we may temporarily withhold or delay payouts pending investigation and will notify you promptly and resolve the matter as quickly as reasonably practicable.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

You agree to cooperate with the Operator in responding to payment disputes and chargebacks, including by providing any consent records or supporting evidence we reasonably request. Amounts subject to a valid chargeback may be deducted from your balance or future payouts.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes due on your earnings. The Operator is not your employer and this Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach this Agreement, if required by law, or to protect the platform, buyers, or third parties. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time, subject to records we are required to retain by law (including verification and transaction records, retained for a minimum of seven years).

9. Indemnity and liability

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Operator against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your breach of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party right. The Operator’s liability is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Lithuania. We may update this Agreement from time to time and will give reasonable notice of material changes; continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
