Content Removal & Appeals

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Glow-tip (operated from Lithuania) is committed to keeping the platform safe and lawful. This policy explains how anyone can report content for removal, how we review reports, and how creators can appeal a decision.

1. Our moderation approach

Glow-tip operates as a creator monetization platform where the Operator acts as the sole content administrator. All content published on the platform is subject to review and must comply with our Terms and Conditions, which strictly prohibit illegal, non-consensual, and harmful content.

2. How to report content

You can report content directly from the platform using the in-product reporting function, or by emailing support@glow-tip.com. Each report generates a timestamped log entry in the administrator panel and triggers an immediate notification to the platform operator. Please include a description of the content, its location (such as a URL or creator handle), and the reason for your report.

3. Review and response

All reports are reviewed personally by the platform operator within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on the nature of the reported content:

  • Policy-violating content (non-consensual material, content involving minors, hate speech, or other prohibited categories) is removed immediately, the creator account is suspended pending investigation, and the account is permanently banned where a serious violation is confirmed.
  • Borderline or disputed content is temporarily hidden pending a secondary review, and the creator is notified with an opportunity to respond.

4. Illegal content

Where reported content is suspected to be illegal — including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual intimate imagery — the Operator will, in addition to immediate removal and account termination, report the material to the competent national authorities, the INHOPE network (inhope.org), and the Internet Watch Foundation (iwf.org.uk). Reporting to authorities takes place before or alongside removal, and records of all such reports are retained.

5. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was actioned and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing support@glow-tip.com within 14 days of the decision. Your appeal should explain why you believe the content complies with our policies and include any supporting evidence, such as consent records or proof of rights. The platform operator will re-review the matter and respond with a final decision and the reasons for it.

Exception: Glow-tip maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM and non-consensual content. There are no exceptions and no appeals process for accounts found to have uploaded such material.

6. Record keeping

All content reports, operator actions, appeals, and authority referrals are logged with timestamps and retained for a minimum of seven (7) years. These records are available to payment processors and relevant authorities upon lawful request.
